Come when Called OUTSIDE.

Your dog needs to come to you when called every time, no matter the distraction. Start inside, then move outside on a long leash.

Use your dog's motivator at first to lure them into you if needed.

NEVER let our dog off the leash until they come to you 100% of the time the first time you call them, no matter the distraction or scene around you.
